A 39-year-old Green Bay man is accused of drinking while he was driving, and hurting three children in a crash.
Outagamie County prosecutors are charging Gustavus Dalton with two counts of causing injury while driving drunk, and his fourth OWI.
A six-year-old girl and a four-year-old girl were flown by helicopter to a hospital on Monday night.
Sheriff’s deputies say they were riding with him when he ran a stop sign at Highways C and EE in the Town of Oneida. A three-year-old girl was treated at the scene.
Dalton is the father of two of the girls and the guardian of the third.
