A September 26th trial date is set for former Fox Crossing Municipal Judge Len Kachinsky.
Kachinsky is charged in Winnebago County Court with violating a restraining order against him by his former clerk.
Kachinsky is accused of harassing the woman, both during his term as a judge, and after the court order last summer.
All of the charges against him are misdemeanors.
