A new center for children in out-of-home care opens in Green Bay today.
Neighborworks will let kids spend time with their families and provide other services.
Spokesman Glen Tilot thinks the new space is a more welcoming environment.
Tilot says parents can also learn skills like cooking, budgeting, and laundry to help take care of their children.
Several local groups worked together to raise over $200,000 to open Neighborworks Green Bay. It’s on Jackson Street on the city’s east side.
