There’s another delay in the case of a Green Bay murder suspect.
Antwon Powell is once again without an attorney as he awaits trial on first degree reckless homicide and solicitation of homicide charges.
Powell is accused of shooting David Shorter to death in a Bellevue home back in December of 2015 over a reported drug debt. He initially reached a plea deal in the case but then withdrew that plea. Powell has now fired five attorneys.
Powell is also accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill his girlfriend in order to prevent her from testifying against her. No further court dates have been set yet.
