Tens of thousands of people went to the north side of Appleton for the annual fireworks show.
The Appleton Jaycees put on the event at Memorial Park.
Kristy Vander Heiden got there early for the bands. She says the headlining act, Boogie & the Yo Yo’z, is always entertaining.
There were also activities for kids and food.
Organizers say the money they made from last night’s event will go to support the Jaycees. The group puts on a Christmas shopping event for local underprivileged kids
