A top Republican is calling the final state budget from Governor Evers “kind of a mixed bag.”
Assembly Majority Leader Jim Steineke is from Vandenbroek. He says Evers went along with many things, but some issues are concerning. He says that includes a veto that provides less funding for drug tests for certain adults in the food stamps program.
He says they include scaling back funding for drug tests for certain adults in the food stamps program.
