The annual fireworks in Oshkosh tonight are in a different spot.
With Sawdust Days no longer in Menominee Park, City Manager Mark Rohloff says they’re moving the festivities downtown. He says they’ll close Pioneer Drive for people to watch the fireworks. They’re being launched off of Pioneer Island.
The annual Oshkosh Fourth of July Parade will still start on Main Street at 9:00 a.m. That will be followed by a new event, “American Made”, a 4th of July Music Celebration featuring Cory Chisel and the Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra. It’s at the Leach Amphitheater starting at four this afternoon.
