A TV show that highlights communities around Wisconsin will be filming in Menasha this week.
“Around the Corner” with John McGivern is on Wisconsin Public Television.
Menasha Mayor Don Merkes is excited. He says they want to showcase what makes the city unique. He thinks that includes the water, trails, and parks.
Merkes says they’ll also show off some of the local businesses and the history of the paper industry in the city. They’re putting on a mini-Porchapalooza neighborhood event on Broad Street tomorrow. It will run from 4:30 to 5:30.
An episode early last year highlighted Appleton. Oshkosh, Neenah, and Green Bay were also part of previous seasons.
