A 31-year-old woman was killed while walking along Highway 10 in Reedsville.
Manitowoc County Sheriff’s deputies say a Two Rivers man hit Joanna Harrell with a car, just before 3:30 a.m.
Harrell is from Hilbert, but she recently lived in Sioux City, Iowa. She was flown to a hospital, and she died about an hour later.
