President Trump is appointing former Governor Scott Walker to the board of one of the world’s most highly regarded think tanks.
He’ll be part of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in the Smithsonian Institute.
The group researches global issues. All members are appointed by the president for six years.
Earlier this week, Walker announced he won’t run for office in 2022, because he’s going to take over the Young America’s Foundation in 2021.
