Fewer homes changed hands across the state last month.
Economist Dave Clark of the Wisconsin Realtors Association says there was a 10 percent drop in sales in June, compared to the same month last year. The median price was up 10 percent to about $215,000.
In the northeast region, sales fell by 15 percent, and the median price climbed by nine percent to $175,000.
Clark says demand is strong, but supplies continue to be tight. He says they can’t sell homes that aren’t available.
