A company that has a location on Appleton’s northeast side is buying a Swedish manufacturer.
Voith Group makes equipment for the paper industry. BTG does too, and Voith will pay about $350 million in U.S. dollars for the company.
Voith’s Appleton facility is in an industrial park along Ballard Road. The headquarters are in Germany.
