The Manitowoc County coroner is ruling that the deaths of three people in Kiel, in May, was a murder-suicide.
Investigators say 69-year-old Jack Schigur shot his 50-year-old girlfriend, Julie Wood, and her 10-year-old grandson Mason Lesczykowski. They say Schigur then shot himself.
