A Missouri man suspected in the disappearance of two brothers from the Seymour area is pleading not guilty.
Garland “Joey” Nelson is accused of stealing the pickup truck rented by Justin and Nick Diemel. They disappeared in July, after going to Nelson’s farm, northeast of Kansas City.
Human remains were found on the farm, but investigators haven’t said if they are the brothers. Nelson was arrested, after the truck was found 40 miles away.
