Federal prosecutors say an Indiana man walked about 350 miles to Neenah to have sex with a 14-year-old girl.
They say a Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputy was actually posing as the teen, named “Kylee.”
Thirty-two-year-old Tommy Jenkins is facing a charge of using a computer for child enticement. He used to live in Oshkosh.
Prosecutors accuse Jenkins of demanding sexually-explicit pictures from Kylee, and trying to get her to come see him in Indiana. He was living in an Indianapolis suburb, and he made his way to Neenah this month.
He was arrested in Winnebago County yesterday.
