Hand-carved figurines that tell the history of the Menominee Clans are going on display at the Oshkosh Public Museum this weekend.
The tribe is providing the museum with the relics, and City Manager Mark Rohloff considers that a real honor.
The figurines are coming to Oshkosh from UW-Stevens Point, where they were in the school’s museum of natural history.
The Menominee Clans Story exhibit opens tomorrow at the Oshkosh Public Museum.
