A member of the Winnebago County board is in the race for state Senate seat, and he wants to work with all lawmakers, regardless of their party.
Aaron Wojchiechowski is running as a Democrat in the 18th District. He believes the environment at the Capitol has been “hyper partisan,” and that stopping lawmakers from getting things done.
Wojciechowski is hoping to challenge Republican Sen. Dan Feyen of Fond du Lac in the fall of 2020.
He says since he joined the county board in 2016, he’s worked with members with different backgrounds and beliefs. He lives in Oshkosh.
