One of Sherwood’s TIF districts is closing, and village leaders are now going to focus on two other redevelopment areas.
Administrator Randy Friday says the former district included the area around High Cliff Golf Course and the Dick’s Family Foods store. He says it was very successful in helping develop Wanick Choute Park and make other public infrastructure improvements.
One of the newer districts covers the downtown. The second includes the area around the intersection of Highways 114 and 55, and Wanick Choute Park.
