An Omro woman charged with setting a fire in her ex-boyfriend’s garage in Omro is entering a not guilty plea.
Cassandra Choy also waived her right to a preliminary hearing in Winnebago County Court on charges of arson and reckless endangerment. A judge is ordering a trial.
Choy is accused of setting a box on fire, inside the man’s garage, at his apartment complex in May. Prosecutors say they got into an argument.
