Whether we look to business, government, the arts, or civil society, leaders are challenged to consistently make ethical decisions. The stakes are high, the costs may be even higher, and too often leaders make the EASY choice instead of the RIGHT choice.
Why do they do this? What impact do these ethical lapses have on our society? How does our choice to do the wrong thing impact our overall health and mental well being?
