The suspect in an Appleton murder again refused to go to court for a hearing today in Winnebago County.
Bradley Boettcher is charged with murdering his mother, Lee Ann Dorn, at her apartment on Valley Road in February.
Court Commissioner Bryan Keberlein delayed the further proceedings hearing until next month. The court will also appoint an attorney for Boettcher.
Boettcher has been in custody, since he was arrested in Kentucky while driving drunk with Dorn’s car, the day after the murder.
Prosecutors charged him with first-degree intentional homicide in September.
He also refused to go to his first court hearing in October. At that time, Keberlein ordered deputies to bring Boettcher to court a week later, by any means necessary.
