The next leader of the Boys and Girls Club in Oshkosh currently works there.
Director of Advancement Tracy Ogden will become the CEO at the beginning of next year. That’s when current CEO Marc Dosogne will retire.
Ogden is looking forward to the transition process and learning more about the day-to-day operations in areas where she doesn’t currently focus on. She says she’s excited to learn more from Dosogne before he goes.
Ogden will become the chief operating officer in May.
