The student charged with stabbing a police officer at Oshkosh West High School is facing a trial in the case.
Seventeen-year-old Grant Fuhrman waived his preliminary hearing in Winnebago County court this morning.
Prosecutors say he used a barbeque fork to attack school police officer Michael Wissink last month. They say Wissink then shot Fuhrman. Both survived.
Furhman is charged with attempted murder, and he’s in jail on a $1 million bond.
