A 36-year-old Milwaukee man is facing formal human trafficking charges in Outagamie County.
Theodore Givings is accused of trying to lure a 14-year-old runaway into prostitution.
Prosecutors say he picked her up while she was walking, near downtown Appleton, last month. They say he asked if she was interested in having sex for money, and she got nervous. They say she got out of the car and called police.
Givings is also charged with working with a woman, in exchange for cocaine.
