A member of the UW System Board of Regents is resigning.
Gerald Whitburn is a UW-Oshkosh graduate. He’s the retired CEO of an insurance company for churches that’s based in Merrill.
He’s been on the board for eight years. Whitburn’s current term was going to be done in 2025.
