A retired police officer was the victim of a murder on the east side of Oshkosh on Sunday.
Officer Kate Mann says Jay Puestohl retired in 2008, after spending 32 years with the Oshkosh department. He was stabbed to death at a home in the 1200 block of Waugoo Avenue.
A 28-year-old man is in custody. A 63-year-old woman had minor injuries.
Mann says all three knew each other.
She says Puestohl was the captain of the Investigative Services Bureau, when he retired.
