Telemarketers are once again the top consumer complaint in Wisconsin.
The Bureau of Consumer Protection is out with its annual Top 10 list.
Director Michelle Reinen says people are tired of getting fake calls.
Landlord-tenant issues rank second. Reinen says most of the problems come when people move out. She says renters raise concerns about not receiving their security deposit, or not getting as much money back as they believe they deserve.
Telecommunications issues, home improvement complaints, and medical services were also in the top five.
