Two young Milwaukee girls and their mother were found dead yesterday, after an Amber Alert.
Police Chief Alfonso Morales says the three were murdered, and the woman’s boyfriend, Arzel Iver, was taken into custody in Memphis yesterday. He says that’s when they discovered Amarah Banks, along with Camaria and Zaniya, were dead.
Police issued an Amber Alert for the girls on Saturday.
Morales says domestic violence is a systemic problem, and it’s something the community needs to work together on.
