The teenager accused of stabbing a police officer at Oshkosh West High School is asking for a different judge to take over the case.
Seventeen-year-old Grant Fuhrman is charged with attempted murder for an attack on school police officer Michael Wissink, last December. Fuhrman was scheduled to be in Winnebago County court tomorrow morning for an arraignment.
Prosecutors say he stabbed Wissink with a barbeque fork, and Wissink shot Fuhrman. Both survived.
Fuhrman is in custody on a $1 million bond.
