Prosecutors say a Milwaukee man strangled his girlfriend, and told her two young daughters their mother wanted them in heaven with her.
Twenty-five-year-old Arzel Ivery is accused of killing 26-year-old Amarah Banks, five-year-old Zaniya Ivery, and four-year-old Camaria Banks. Police found the three burned bodies in a Milwaukee garage on Sunday.
The couple’s one-year-old son died from respiratory problems, several days before the three were reported missing. Prosecutors say Ivery told investigators Banks was angry he went to work, the day after the funeral.
