A group is trying to help the pets of homeless people in the Fox Cities and Green Bay areas.
Hidden Paws Network has monthly clinics to provide free vaccinations, pet food, and things like blankets.
Dr. Devin Hunt handled the vaccinations at an event over the weekend. He says the pets are more likely to be around other pets that might not be vaccinated. And he believes they might not be getting the best nutrition, because of their situation.
The next free clinic will be next month at the Hidden Paws Network office, at 155 N. Broadway in Green Bay.
The nonprofit also helps victims of domestic and elder abuse, by finding temporary foster homes for pets.
