The State Patrol says an off-duty Outagamie County Sheriff’s deputy caused a head-on crash on Highway 441 Saturday night.
Troopers say the 38-year-old Neenah man made a U-turn on the highway, after missing his exit at Oneida Street. They say he was going the wrong way in the northbound lanes when he hit an oncoming car.
The deputy and the other driver were taken to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The State Patrol is reporting alcohol was not involved.
