April 15th will come and go tomorrow without some people scrambling to file their taxes.
The federal government pushed back the deadline to July 15th.
State Revenue Secretary Peter Barca says about two-thirds of the state’s expected three million returns are already in. He believes most of them were getting a refund.
The extension means people that owe money won’t have to pay until July 15th.
