Kids are spending plenty of time online, and on social media, connecting with friends and doing their school work while their schools are closed.
Lt. Jim Valley of the Brown County Sheriff’s Department says predators could try to target them. He says children could be reaching out to talk with people, or predators could be reaching out to them.
Valley understands it’s difficult for parents to keep track of all of the apps and websites that they’re children might be using. He believes they need to make an effort, and talk with their kids about the dangers.
