Winnebago County’s top prosecutor is clearing an Oshkosh school police officer of any wrongdoing in a shooting at West High School.
The state justice department investigated the shooting of student Grant Fuhrman. Police say Fuhrman stabbed Wissink last December, and then Wissink shot him.
District Attorney Christian Gossett reviewed the findings, before issuing his decision today.
