Everyday thousands of people in Wisconsin are impacted by addiction, mental health challenges and suicide. We all have a story to tell. Whether you’re a person in recovery, a survivor, a family member or friend, someone who’s struggling, or an ally, your story can make an impact.
And it’s time for your voice to be heard.
Sharing your story can bring hope and encouragement to others that may be struggling with similar issues, that is why WHBY is helping launch the “WI Voices Project.”
We are asking for you to share your stories of hope, recovery and survival by submitting your story; what it was like, what happened and what it’s like now.
Your story could be exactly what someone else needs today.
Selected submissions will have their full stories recorded to be aired through the month of September on WHBY. There will also be the opportunity to speak at the statewide recovery rally in Madison on September 22nd on the Capitol Stairs.
Submissions remain open. Fill out the form below. Any questions can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
