Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fox Valley Region is now Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Wisconsin! During January’s National Mentoring month, we’re learning more about their vision in 2020 from CEO Lindsay Fenlon and Chief Program Officer Jaime Kriewaldt.
Do you know how your kids are using their phones or devices online? It can be an overwhelming and sometimes scary world for kids. We’re joined by two officers with the Appleton Police Department, Lt. Mike Frisch, the School Resource Officer Coordinator and Officer Joanna Kolosso, a School Resource Officer. We’re talking with them about what our kids are experiencing online, and how they’re working to educate parents and schools about the world that exists online. We also are learning about the consequences that can come with sending explicit photos online.
