Hoffman Planning, Design, and Construction is getting new leadership.
Former president Miles Girouard bought the business from founder Paul Hoffman in 2012 and is now retiring.
Sam Statz has been with Hoffman for 19 years and will now be the firm’s new majority owner. Statz says he plans to keep the structure of the company the same.
Stats says Hoffman has a great leadership team from many different aspects of the business, and that they will all work together to make the company as successful as it has been the last 125 years.
