Oshkosh police arrested a Milwaukee man last night who was wanted for for killing a nine-year-old Milwaukee girl.
Lieutenant Andy Lecker of the Oshkosh Police Department says an officer saw two cars in Menominee park with several people in them around 11:10 last night.
21-year-old Damonta Jennings gave a false name multiple times before identifying himself.
The child was killed in May of 2016 and died the day before her tenth birthday.
The other two men involved in the incident are already in custody.
Lecker says Jennings was taken to the Winnebago County Jail and will be transferred to the Milwaukee police department.
A 23-year-old Oshkosh man who was a passenger in one of the cars was arrested for a probation hold.
