The Appleton man killed in a plane crash southwest of Neenah yesterday morning was 68-year-old Charles Baxtrom.
The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department says Baxtrom’s ultralight plane went down in a field, in the town of Vinland. He died at the scene.
The crash site was near Highway G, between Highways 76 and T.
