It was a little better month for the housing market in the state in November.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports sales rose by 0.5 percent, over November of last year. Median prices were up almost eight percent to $183,000.
David Clark is an economist for the group. He says the tight inventory of homes for sale continues to be an issue.
In the northeast region, sales dropped by nearly nine percent last month. The median price spiked by more than 11 percent to almost $163,000.
