Shopko is officially announcing another round of layoffs, in connection with stores that are closing.
The Ashwaubenon-based retailer filed a formal notice with the state Department of Workforce Development. It covers 11 stores around Wisconsin, and almost 580 workers.
About 60 of them work at the Shopko in Kimberly. Almost 50 more are at a De Pere location.
