Shopko plans to layoff about 140 workers at the retailer’s headquarters in Ashwaubenon.
The company told the state Department of Workforce Development the positions are being cut, because fewer people will be needed in support roles, with a number of stores closing.
The Ashwaubenon-based Shopko is shutting down some of its stores in Wisconsin, and across the country, after filing for bankruptcy.
