There’s a Silver Alert for a 79-year-old man from the Neenah area.
Richard Tierney left home today, after packing his bags. Because of memory issues, he’s not supposed to drive.
He did something similar three years ago, and he ended up in Kentucky.
Tierney has an eyepatch, and he was driving a white, 2005 Buick Park Avenue. The license plate is 737-WLZ, and there are screws and bolts holding together part of the back bumper.
