Work should begin soon on rehabbing the former Miles Kimball building in downtown Oshkosh.
Oracular is moving its headquarters into the 100-year-old building along S. Main Street.

Oracular has dropped plans to build a rooftop lounge and restaurant at the Miles Kimball site.
The council will vote tonight on the new development plan.
