A Neenah man is going to spend 10 years in prison for the overdose death of an Appleton woman.
Thirty-six-year-old Evan Schultz is already serving a separate 10-year sentence for a stabbing in Grand Chute. The new sentence is being added on to that one, for a total of 20 years.
A jury found Schultz guilty of first-degree reckless homicide for selling drugs to Kristy Austin, before her death in April of 2017.
He was sentenced last September for stabbing a 25-year-old man during an argument in a parking lot, over a cell phone. The stabbing happened about a week after the overdose.
Schultz will also serve 15 years on probation after he’s released from prison.
