A record number of homes were sold across the state last month.
They were up nearly eight percent from the previous July record set last year.
Wisconsin Realtors Association Economist David Clark says median prices rose 10 percent, to $226,400, and that shows there’s strong demand, and a very limited supply.
Sales in northeast Wisconsin were up five percent last month. The median price rose nine percent to $190,000.
Overall sales in the region are down almost 2-1/2 percent for the year.
