Three people are treated for minor injuries after a chemical leak at a plant in Neenah. Crews were called to the Galloway facility on Commercial Street just after noon today when an employee on the loading dock complained of having difficulty breathing. First responders determined it was due to the accidental mixture of chlorine with another chemical. Fire Chief Kevin Kloehn says that is when they decided to evacuate the surrounding area. Those evacuated from their homes were taken to Shattuck Middle School.
