A member of the Oshkosh School Board runs afoul of the law. Court records show that Stephanie Carlin was cited for trespassing after an incident on January 22nd. The citation was issued by a Winnebago County sheriff’s deputy–so the trespassing occurred outside of the city of Oshkosh. WHBY News has requested a copy of the incident report from the sheriff’s department. Carlin faces a fine of 263 dollars. She has a court date of March 30th.
