Sentencing is set today for an Oshkosh man that killed a former police detective.
Ian Suzuki was convicted on one count of First Degree Reckless Homicide.
Suzuki stabbed Jay Puestohl to death when the former police captain tried to break up a fight between Suzuki and his mother.
He faces up to 60-years in prison.
